As a Senior Project Manager you will strengthen our Development & Construction team and take the lead in one or several projects in the execution phase, depending on their size and complexity. You are the key figure who independently manages the daily follow‑up of your project(s) from A to Z.
You coordinate all involved partners within the team (architects, engineering firms, construction teams), as well as the contractual preparation, compliance with the execution file, planning, budget management and administrative requirements.
End‑to‑end project management: You lead one or several construction projects in the execution phase and safeguard the project’s planning, budget, and quality.
Coordination of construction teams: You work closely with architects, engineering firms, contractors, and suppliers. You select and negotiate with them when required.
Preparation & follow‑up: You review the execution files, prepare tender documents, compare bids, and follow-up on contracts and administrative processes.
Site organization & monitoring: You coordinate the start‑up and daily operations of the construction site, lead meetings and ensure accurate reporting and invoicing.
Safety & compliance: You ensure that all safety standards and legal requirements are met, in close collaboration with internal and external partners.
Handover & delivery: You guarantee a smooth final phase and a clear handover to the Commercial & Operations teams.
You are a natural leader who takes full responsibility for your projects.
You hold a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, an Architecture degree, or equivalent experience.
You have at least 15 years of experience in a similar role.
You have in‑depth knowledge of current construction techniques and materials.
Ideally you are bilingual (French and Dutch).
You have solid experience in leading and motivating teams (construction teams, subcontractors, site managers, …).
You enjoy being on-site, are hands‑on and have a pragmatic mindset.
You work autonomously but are also a real teamplayer.
You demonstrate ownership, make quick and well‑considered decisions and take full responsibility for them.
You have a constructive critical mindset and continuously look for improvements in proposed solutions.
You are proficient in Autocad and MS Project; knowledge of Archicad, Revit or Let’s Build is an additional asset.
You have a strong awareness of current topics such as sustainability and ESG.
